Formlabs Form 4L is the go-to industrial quality 3D printer, designed for precise low force stereolithography (LFS). This advanced desktop SLA 3D printer features a Low Force Display (LFD) engine, ensuring high-quality outputs with impressive dimensional tolerances: for features ranging from 1 to 30 mm, it maintains a tolerance of +/- 0.15% (with a lower limit of +/- 0.02 mm); for dimensions between 31 to 80 mm, the tolerance is +/- 0.2% (lower limit: +/- 0.06 mm); and for sizes from 81 to 150 mm, it achieves +/- 0.3% (lower limit: +/- 0.15 mm). The Formlabs Form 4L supports 38 industry-leading materials, including 15 biocompatible options, along with third-party materials through its Open Platform. With a build volume of 353 × 196 × 350 mm (13.9 × 7.7 × 13.8 in), equating to 24.2 liters, it can handle a maximum part length of 353 mm (10.7 in). The printer accepts STL, OBJ, and 3MF file types for input and outputs in FORM file format. Its operating environment is optimal between 18–28 °C | 64–82 °F.
