FDM 3D Printer - Pratham 3.0

Pratham 3.0 industrial 3D printer with a red object inside.

Pratham 3.0 — INDUSTRIAL 3D PRINTER - 300 × 300 × 300 mm

Machine Features: Industrial Grade Heavy Duty FDM 3D Printer with advanced capabilities such as a Filament Sensor, High Speed operation, Auto Bed Leveling, Power Failure Protection, and a Silicone Heated Bed.

Materials: For those exploring 3D printing solutions, PLA+ is the ideal starting material. It is the most commonly used thermoplastic for FDM technology, perfect for Prototyping Applications, easy to print, and biodegradable. ABS is recommended for Engineering Applications needing strength in your prototypes, and it allows for straightforward post-processing with sandpaper. Additionally, our industrial 3D printer supports multi-material print options like Flexible – an unbreakable material, HIPS – known for great heat resistance, and PETG – durable and optimal for functional prototypes.

Technical Specifications: Utilizing FDM technology, this printer has a build volume of 300 × 300 × 300 mm, with a Layer Resolution of 0.08 / 0.1 / 0.2 / 0.3 / 0.4 mm and a Dimensional Tolerance of +/- 0.1 to 0.5 mm. It operates at a Print Speed of 50 ~ 120 mm/sec, features a 0.4 mm E3D nozzle (Standard), and uses a Filament Diameter of 1.75 mm. The industrial 3D printer supports a variety of filaments, including ABS, PLA, Flexible, PETG, Carbon Fused ABS, and Composites, with X–Y Precision of 11 Microns and Z Precision of 10 Microns.
